Opsec

Getting started

Quickstart

Install Opsec in a Kubernetes cluster and run your first assessment.

This guide installs Opsec into an existing Kubernetes cluster with Helm and connects a single GitHub repository. Plan for one GPU node per concurrent agent.

1. Install the chart

bash
helm repo add opsec https://charts.opsec.security
helm install opsec opsec/platform \
  --namespace opsec --create-namespace \
  --set license.key=$OPSEC_LICENSE

2. Sign in and create a workspace

Port-forward the console and sign in with the bootstrap credentials printed by the chart. Create a workspace for the team that will own findings.

bash
kubectl -n opsec port-forward svc/opsec-console 8443:443

3. Connect a source and scan

bash
opsec sources add github --repo acme/billing-api --read-only
opsec scan start --source acme/billing-api --agents code

The first assessment of a medium-sized repository typically finishes in under an hour. Findings appear in the console as soon as they are validated.
